LOUISVILLE LOCATION

Full Time: 34 hours per week

Approximately : 4.5 - 5 months

Part-time: 25 hours per week

Approximately : 6 - 6.5 months

FLORENCE LOCATION

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Approximately : 4 - 4.5 months

• Copy of Active Cosmetology License

• If your name on cosmetology license differs from your high school diploma, you will need to provide a proof of name change.(Example: marriage certificate)

• Completed FAFSA application to determine eligibility (if planning to use federal student aid to assist in paying tuition)

• A copy of High School Diploma/High School Transcripts or GED to be submitted to the school

• Current Driver’s License or State Issued ID (cannot be expired)

• Passport Photo (not passport) – This type of photo is required by the Kentucky Board of Barbering to receive your student permit. You can have these made at Walgreens. We suggest you call a location near you for pricing.

• $100 application fee

• 10% down of any out-of-pocket tuition amount that isn’t covered by financial aid (this is only required to those who are applicable) We also offer a monthly payment plan to assist you in paying for school.
